Most of my inspiration comes from pop-culture. With the increasing ubiquity of social media, I find myself constantly consuming ideas and information. I love it! I gobble up media and trends with joy and irreverence.
My aim in the studio is to ruminate on all the stimulus I take in, and somehow tie it back to my analytical, science based studio practices to create unique objects.
In the end I hope to create items which are products of the world today. I don’t expect these pieces to remain relevant throughout time, but to serve as curious artifacts of life.
